Details

We <3 our volunteers!

Volunteers are needed on Friday afternoon from 3:00PM-6:30PM to help with early packet pick-up. You will be checking participants in, handing out packets, opening medals, and any other last minute race tasks that need completed. As a thank you, you'll receive great swag (beanie and a cozy longsleeved shirt) as well as your choice of a free race registration* OR donation to Girls on the Run. A few requirements:
-Must be 13 years or older
-Must be able to be on time and stay for the entire duration of the shift
-Must be able to move around as needed throughout the entire shift
-Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
-Must be able to smile :)

*With this shift, you will have your choice of running for free this year, next year, or the Virtual Run. All the 'how-to' details will be explained during your volunteer shift.

* You will need to download the RunSignup mobile check-in app on your phone prior to your shift (available on Apple and Android). Link will be in your confirmation email!

Volunteers are needed on Saturday morning from 6:00AM-10:00AM to help with race day tasks. These include parking, packet pick-up, and course marshaling. As a thank you, you'll receive great swag (beanie and a cozy longsleeved shirt) as well as your choice of a free race registration* OR donation to Girls on the Run. A few requirements:
-Must be 13 years or older
-Must be able to be on time and stay for the entire duration of the shift
-Must be able to move around as needed throughout the entire shift
-Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
-Must be able to smile :)

*With this shift, you will have your choice of running for free this year (immediately after the shift ends), save it for 2025, or the Virtual Run (this year or next). All the 'how-to' details will be explained during your volunteer shift.

Volunteers are needed on Saturday morning from 8:00AM-12:00PM to help with race day tasks. These include packet pick-up, course marshaling, finish line tent, keeping the grounds clean, and tear-down. As a thank you, you'll receive great swag (beanie and a cozy longsleeved shirt) as well as your choice of a free future race registration* OR donation to Girls on the Run. A few requirements:
-Must be 13 years or older
-Must be able to be on time and stay for the entire duration of the shift
-Must be able to move around as needed throughout the entire shift
-Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
-Must be able to smile :)

*With this shift, you will have your choice of running for free next year or using it for the Virtual Run (this year or next). All the 'how-to' details will be explained during your volunteer shift.

Details

We <3 our volunteers!

Volunteers are needed on Saturday morning from 10:00AM-2:00PM to help with course clean-up tasks. These include picking up signage and flags that mark the course, water cups, and any other help that's needed to clear the course as well as the festival area! Come prepared for a light workout, as you will cover the entire 3.1-mile race course and help move a lot of equipment. As a thank you, you'll receive great swag (beanie and a cozy longsleeved shirt) as well as your choice of a free race registration OR donation to Girls on the Run. A few requirements:
-Must be 13 years or older
-Must be able to be on time and stay for the entire duration of the shift
-Must be able to move around as needed throughout the entire shift
-Must be able to smile :)

*With this shift, you will have your choice of running for free this year in the early wave and coming to volunteer immediately after you are done running. You MUST also sign up and pay for the race ahead of time (please choose the 9:00AM when registering for the race). Once the volunteer shift ends, we will refund you for the base registration cost.

Alternatively, you can defer your free registration to 2025 or use it for the Virtual Run (this year or next)!
